Guide to Submitting Online Pages of Testimony to Yad Vashem. Family murdered by the Nazi's in mass graves never had their names recorded. "Before submitting a Page of Testimony, please search the Central Database of Shoah Victims' Names. If a Page of Testimony already exists for the name in question, and you have no significant information to add, there is no need to complete an additional form. On the other hand, if a victim’s name appears only on an archival source or names list (originated mostly in Nazi and collaborators’ records) we suggest you submit a Page of Testimony as a token of personal commemoration."

Contact me to add Birth Name, Yiddish (kinnui or secular) Name, Hebrew (shem ha'kodesh or sacred) Name, Formally Known As, etc. For an article on The use of alternative names by Jewish families go to CALQUES, KINNUIM and COUPLETS by by James B. Koenig. Under each individual's Personal Facts and Details is "Add new fact". Open the list and choose "Shem ha'Kodesh" for Hebrew name, and Kinnue Calque for Yiddish name related to Hebrew name (e.g. Dov/Ber Menachem/Mendl) or just Kinnue for Yiddish name.
